Brian began his career at Disney in 2005 while still a student at California State University Fullerton, where he went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration. He participated in that year’s “ImagiNations” design competition, a worldwide initiative designed to discover new and diverse talent for Imagineering, and was subsequently offered an internship at Walt Disney Imagineering’s Resource Center where he was able to get hands on experience and appreciation for the artistic tradition of excellence at Disney while simultaneously honing his own craft.
In addition to his work at Imagineering, Brian has appeared as a Special Events Illustrator for Disney and his work has been featured at various events at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World where his unique take on the worlds and characters of Disney are regularly on display.
Based in San Francisco and originally from Taiwan, artist Martin Hsu, graduated from California State University in Fullerton with a degree in animation. Sho Murase is a half Japanese and half Korean artist who grew up in Europe and has been living in San Francisco, California for the past 15 + years. This curious mix of cultures are reflected in her work, which often focuses on representing strong feminine icons, merging Asian, manga, and Western art influences…with a dark twist.
Having worked in comics and animation for all of these years, her client list includes some of the top branded companies in the world. Her artwork has even been exhibited at the German Film Museum in Frankfurt, the Louisiana Modern Art Museum in Denmark, and in “The Star Wars Visions” art book.
Sho’s first graphic novel, “SEI,” was published by Image Comics in November 2003. Since then, she has drawn covers for comics, created “ME2”, and illustrated many graphic novels, including more than 24 volumes of the graphic novel serialization of Nancy Drew.
Jarrod Andrew Schorr
Jared Andrew Schorr is an illustrator living in Southern California. He received a BFA in illustration from the Art Center College of Design in 2009. Schorr specializes in creating whimsical and detailed work entirely from cut paper. His work has appeared in the pages of The New York Times, GOOD Magazine, and WIRED. A few of his clients include Poketo and NPR. His work can also be found in group exhibits at Gallery Nucleus, The Shelburne Museum and Space15Twenty.
Born in San Jose, CA, Gregg “Viz” Visintainer is a self-taught artist and is the youngest of three boys. He always loved to draw as kid, but never thought he could pursue art as a career until recently. His unique style of drawing began when he was 15 years old, in high school. During class instead of listening and taking notes he was doodling. Drawing was his way to pass time in school and express how he felt. After high school Gregg stopped drawing for six years.
